Just ocassionaly you come across a city that has everything.  This happend to me on Saturday when I visited Cambridge for the first time.

I absolutely fell in love with the place.  It is just so cosmoplitan and vibrant.  For a start it is a beautiful place where the city centre has grown up around the university.  Every where you look are the beautiful old buildings and they really are something to look at.  Even the shopping mall has been tastefully done and fits in with the architecture.

It was nice to see so many individual shops along side the usual high street shops.  I was like a child in a sweet shop.  In the end I really did not purchase much only a casual top but the shopping experience was the best I have had in years.  If you have not visited the city I urge you to put it on your places to visit list.
