While I was waiting in the queue to try on some bras in M&S the lady in front asked if she could be measured.  She was told you now have to book an appointment to be measured and the next one was in 3 hours could she come back.  'What would you have done?'  Probably what she did which was walk out.  Two minutes later the same happend again.  What happend to customer service?  'Have they no idea how women shop?'
