Dubai has the largest shopping mall in the world the Mall of Emirates but although it is spacious it does not seem too big once inside and I found it easy to get around.   In fact all the shopping malls I went to were just fantastic.

You will find a lot of stores the same as back home along side others you have never heard of so there is plenty to choose from.

In Dubai Mall you can even have a go at ski-ing.  It is quite surreal watching people in their ski wear doing their twists and turns when it is 37 degrees outside. 

All the malls I visited were light and airy with plenty of coffee shops where you could take a break and watch the world go by.  Going to the toilet became an event itself as they were all so beautifully done like a 5 star hotel with flannels to dry your hands then handcream to put on.

The shop assistants were all friendly and spoke to you when you entered the shop without being all over you.  They all seemed to have happy faces and were pleased to see you.  It really was a joy to go shopping and when I got tired there was always the beach or the pool.
