While I was waiting in the queue to try on some bras in M&S the lady in front asked if she could be measured. She was told you now have to book an appointment to be measured and the next one was in 3 hours could she come back.

But there I was standing in M&S with two bras in my hand, one was practical and very boring but I knew I would get a lot of wear out of it and the second which had the label fun and flirty, was cream with pink polk a dots and some frilly pink lace.

Twice a year I go clothes shopping with my husband. First in January when he has some Christmas money to spend, and then in June just after his birthday. Quite how I ended up with a man who has so little interest in what he wears or buys is a mystery to me.
